How do the cleansing products work?
Our salts and herbs are used to cleanse your aura and clear heavy or negative energy. Depending on the product, you bath, steam, or sprinkle with them while setting your intention. Each product page explains exactly how to use it.
What can cleansing help with?
Many people cleanse to release heaviness, invite protection, and open the way for positivity, good fortune, love, or clarity. If you are unsure which preparation suits your need, message us and we will guide you kindly.
Do you have products for children?
Yes. Our kids' range uses gentle, mild salts and calming herbs suited to children. Always supervise children during bath rituals and avoid contact with the eyes.
How do I pay?
Checkout shows our bank details and your total. Pay by EFT using the reference shown, then tap I have paid. Your order is sent to us automatically.
How does delivery work?
We deliver nationwide via Paxi to any of 2,800+ Paxi points, or to your door with Paxi home delivery. The cost is added to your total, with free delivery on orders over Zar 1,000.00.
How long does Paxi take?
Standard service is 7 to 9 working days. The faster service is 3 to 5 working days. You choose at checkout.
What is my payment reference?
We generate a unique reference for you, for example CS-0042-SURNAME. Use it on your EFT so we can match your payment quickly.
Are the products safe to use?
Our preparations support traditional and spiritual wellbeing. Please read each product's guidance and notes. The Womb Cleanser is not suitable for pregnant women. If you are pregnant, nursing or have a health concern, consult a healthcare professional.
What is your returns policy?
Because our products are handmade and used for personal cleansing, we are unable to accept returns on opened items for hygiene reasons. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will gladly make it right.
